Board Game Club
Last Friday we visited a Board Game Club in Barcelona. We spent almost 5 hours there and played 3 games we had never played before. That means I had to learn the rules for the 3 of them, hehe. We played “7 Wonders”, “Tobago” and “Timeline”. But they had over 200 games there to be played. Some of them are not even open yet!!!

New Year in GoloBlog
Gololo.es enters its ?th year of existence. Yup, I can’t remember when I started my shitty blog, but it seems it’s here to stay for, at least, one more year: 2012.
I decided to start this year with a review of sub-sites and a new look for the main site:
a) gololo.es
New style for my main site. I keep it simple. I dont like fancy themes or those with huge images that take ages to load. I think this one is light, simple and nice. Hope you like it.
b)GoloHobbit
My hobbit site won’t see a change in style, but it’s redesigned in the last couple of months. I’m still working in the PHP that makes the site work, so I can update it easier. Still, there’s a nice working script to view the Hobbit translations, so you don’t have to load ALL the images to view only an specific language. Also, I have divided the other hobbit goods into 2 more categories (Other Media and Other Hobbit Related Items).
As of today, I own 72 editions of “The Hobbit” (in 53 languages), 4 more editions in other media (CDs, Comic…), and 14 more hobbit-related items (stamps, postcards, vynils…); adding up to 90 items in the collection. Check it out!

This is my new subsite. It’s the way I’m going to waste my time this year. Well, at least I intend to keep it updated… we’ll see how it goes. So far, 12 days, 12 picutes. When I’m on a trip or something, I’ll probably post after I’m back. I’m trying to set up WordPress so I can update from my mobile, but it doesn’t work as I would like.
Belén (Nativity Scene)
So far, my Nativity Scene is very simple… I want to buy some figures every year. My investment this year was for the basics (20€!!)

Yesh! You wanted to see a close up of the stupid hat and the tight tshirt the captain is wearing. Can there be a more ridiculous outfit for a captain?
They decide to leave the spaceship and meet the aliens. I still find the caps stupid. They are dressed as kids. Large kids.
Two aliens board the ship. They are from a planet thousands of light years away, but they speak English, they look human and they sent their leader, unarmed, to meet the human aliens that landed in his planet.
These movies make no sense ~_~
